Athlyft Returns Policy
At Athlyft, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new fit! If you're not fully happy with your purchase, we’ve made returns easy for you.

1. Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return. After 14 days, we’re unable to accept any returns or exchanges.
- Return must be shipped within 5–7 days of approval.
- Return must arrive within 14 days of approval.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item is in its original, unused condition.
- All tags must be attached, and the item must be unwashed.
- The product is not sale item.
Please Note: We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or damaged.
3. Non-returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Underwear
- Swimwear
- Accessories (e.g., headbands, gym bags, water bottles)
- Sale/clearance items marked as final sale
4. How to Return an Item
- Submit your return HERE.
- Once authorised, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s).
- Pack your item securely in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached.
- You may choose any shipping method that is suitable for you, but we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
- Send the return item(s) to the address provided in your return instructions.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we do not provide return labels.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we cannot guarantee items lost in transit.
6. Return Processing
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria. Upon approval, your refund will be processed within 14 business days. The credit will be issued to the original payment method.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately on the 'Contact us' section of our website with your order number and details of the issue you are experiencing.
9. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
